Our Therapists

As a licensed massage and bodywork practitioner of 10 years, I offer a unique approach to massage therapy that blends traditional techniques with an intuitive touch. I received my education & certification from the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy in 2013, and have since worked in a variety of wellness spaces, developing my technical and intuitive skills. My approach is grounded in the belief that true healing comes from addressing the root of physical and emotional imbalances. Pulling from my years of experience, I integrate a variety of techniques and modalities in my sessions, as I aim to provide personalized, restorative, therapeutic treatments that help release those layers of tension being stored throughout the body. My intention is always to create a relaxed and nurturing environment where you can connect with your body and self, cultivate a deeper sense of well-being and inner peace, and come back into alignment.

I am also Reiki master and love to incorporate energy work into my bodywork. Love it. I would say my work is heart centered work, massage tailored to your needs whether it be physical, structural, injury rehabilitation, energetic, emotional for calming & peace. I would recommend anyone that needs good hip/leg work to get a Thai Yoga Massage.

After some profound personal experiences with bodywork, I decided to study massage therapy at the Tennessee School of Massage in 2020. The 700-hour program, prepared me to pursue work in spas and wellness collectives in several states. Quickly, I learned how much I enjoyed helping people unwind and reconnect with their bodies. As a massage therapist, I am very interested in the mind-body connection and how massage can assist in relieving symptoms often associated with nervous system dysregulation and the impact that can have on our mental health. I specialize in several modalities including classic Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology, and cupping. I am passionate about providing a customized, therapeutic treatment in order to help every client meet their personal wellness goals. The healing power of touch is an incredible experience that I can't wait to share with you!

Hello there! I’m a 2012 graduate of Mecca School of Massage Therapy located in Indianapolis, IN. I have been a LMT in the Highlands neighborhood for the last 11 years. My journey into massage therapy started shortly after graduating Oregon College of Art and Craft in Portland, OR in 2010. My senior thesis dove into the mind-body connection and how these look different from one unique human being to the next. Our thoughts, feelings and emotions all play a role in how they influence our mental and physical well-being. Art is a tool for self-expression and healing. I also believe this to be true for massage therapy. I approach each session with mindfulness towards each clients needs. I utilize integrative techniques that activate the parasympathetic nervous system, thus resulting in a feel-good relaxed state. My areas of expertise include Swedish, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular, Craniosacral and Lymphatic drainage. I am currently enrolled in the Deep Feet Bar Therapy(ashiatsu) program.

I received my massage education at East-West College of Massage in Portland, Oregon in 2008, and since then have provided massage in chiropractic offices, spas, fitness centers, and private practice injury recovery. I have also practiced Reiki since 2012, and am certified by the International Center for Reiki Training. I love anatomy and being able to help people feel better in their bodies. I am part anatomy geek and part intuitive healer. This allows me to discover the true source of tension whether it is how you are using your body, or how your thoughts, feelings, or spirit are expressing a need for care and attention. I often include guided imagery & breathwork during massage sessions to bring my clients into a deeper sense of relaxation. In addition to massage, I also offer Reiki Healing sessions, card readings, intuitive readings, and Reiki classes.

Hi there fellow traveler, I’m Amy! I have been a licensed massage therapist and bodyworker since 2007 and started my journey into health and wellness beforehand in college. I have a Bachelor of Arts and a Certificate in the study of alternative and complimentary medicine from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee where I also worked at a natural foods cooperative for over 7 years. I attended Blue Sky School of Professional Massage and Therapeutic Bodywork right after graduation in Grafton, WI where I chose the energy track and found myself gravitating towards neuromuscular therapy and traditional Lomi Lomi blended together as the foundation of my ‘style’. With years of experience and continuously learning skills my style is now a blend of therapeutic and transcendence. I have a talent for touch, the intuition to feel into your body, meeting you where you are and the ability to affect real change in your soft tissue and psyche. I take pride in my work and have a real dedication to my clients and craft. I also attended Nutrition Therapy Institute here in Denver to further my knowledge and practice of healthy eating and living. I hope to have the opportunity to help you along your wellness journey!
